Every Eternal Balance candle contains 100% soy wax, cotton wicks, and fragrance oils.

Each candle is made with fragrance oils that are free of phthalates, parabens, preservatives, and are never tested on animals. We're looking to achieve relaxation and other moods through the aroma and do not use essential oils for this purpose.

Phthalates are known to exacerbate or cause allergic reactions so we make sure our candles are free of phthalates for healthier air quality in your home.

We use 100% soy wax, as it has a cleaner burn - which helps put effort towards your spaces being free of toxins. Soy wax is also biodegradable and easier to clean if you have any accidents. Another added benefit is that soy wax burns more slowly, giving you more of your favorite aroma for longer.

Paraffin wax is refined from crude oil and classified as petroleum-based wax. Soy wax is made from soybeans making it eco-friendly because it is natural & biodegradable. Soy wax burns cleaner with no petrol-carbon soot making it healthier for your environment. Additionally, soy wax candles burn slower than paraffin wax, so your EB soy wax candle lasts longer! 

12 oz = 50+ burning hours

Because the candles do last a while, you will want to make sure you have at least 2 hours to burn your candle the first few times. It will vary - do not burn your candle more than 2-4 hours at a time. Do not leave candle unattended.

All of my ingredients are sourced in the United States. The vessel also known as the jar is sourced and made in China.

The roses may get close to the flame and burn but will not catch fire and have been tested for safety. As always, please be sure to not leave a candle unattended.

Because of its natural properties, Soy Wax will not always look smooth on the surface after burning like a paraffin wax (chemically made) candle. Not to worry!

Tunneling is very common and can occur from not burning the candle properly the first time. Each time you burn our candles you want to make sure that you completely burn until you get a full wax pool, especially the first time you light the candle. Please be sure to check out our Candle Care Page for instructions on how to have the greatest experience with your candle.

We are so sorry that this has happened. Despite every effort we take to keep your products safe, things happen during shipment. Please don’t worry, it’s an easy fix. Just email us a picture if your broken product and a copy of your shipping confirmation (you received via email) and we will ship you a new candle right away.
